2. Renovate and Launch

We facilitate quick and efficient conversions and keep renovation disruptions to a minimum. As an owner of a Wyndham property, you have access to our Architecture, Design, and Construction (AD&C) team, so every step you take is fully supported and influenced by experts in the field.

3. Open and Thrive

Once we’ve helped you to successfully convert and launch your new Wyndham hotel, we move seamlessly into a different role, providing ongoing operational support and training. We’re invested in your success and focused on helping you to prosper long-term.

Interior Design and Renovation

Innovative design is at the heart of every Wyndham brand concept. To help you achieve design consistency in your conversion or renovation, our highly skilled team is at your service to support the interior design process of your project.

As an extension of your project team, we’ll help to secure all necessary brand approvals, perform brand compliance reviews, and coordinate design reviews at each touchpoint of the design process, which includes the:

  • Concept Phase
  • Schematic Phase
  • Design Development Phase
  • Documentation Phase (review of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications and construction documentation)
