There’s a lot to keep track of once your project is off the ground, including the architectural details that go into every phase of your building design. To help you stay on top of every decision, our Design & Construction team offers highly customized architectural advice for projects of all sizes.
The Design & Construction team will also:
- Oversee conceptual designs and studies
- Review design programs, plans, and drawings
- Facilitate architectural brand compliance reviews and approvals
Interior Design
Innovative design is at the heart of every Wyndham brand concept. To help you achieve design consistency and ensure a superior guest experience, our highly skilled team is at your service to support the interior design process of your new Wyndham hotel.
As an extension of your project team, we’ll help to secure all necessary brand approvals, perform brand compliance reviews, and coordinate design reviews at each touchpoint of the design process, which includes the:
- Concept Phase
- Schematic Phase
- Design Development Phase
- Documentation Phase (review of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications and construction documentation)
